Each solution provided by J2S comes with a project management methodology and services that are suited according to our customers' needs 

J2S will audit each case in 4 steps:

1- Acquiring data
First phase of designing a solution consists in the analysis of your data. We will be able to optimize the management of your content in order to structure it in a way that will make it possible to re-use it over various publications or media.

2- Flat plan
A flat plan can help follow the production. It can be used to define and reorganize the page sequence created automatically; it also makes easy to insert pages created in a more traditional way (e.g. adverts, promotional ads, etc.) 

3- Page-layout automation

Depending on the required level of creativity or the constraints of your environment, J2S will find the right solution from the simple placement of all information on the pages to the completely automated process.

4- Technical constraints
The automation process is entirely customized according to software applications and other tools that you have at your disposal.

Page-layout applications: Adobe InDesign, Adobe InDesign Server, QuarkXPress, Quark Server.
Data acquisition: web applications, J2S Datahandler, J2S Smart Forms.
Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
Platforms: MacOS X, Windows 7, Windows Server.

Lastly, J2S can provide a hosting service suite to your volume of data, the number of users and the frequency of your publications.
